HOW TO PREPARE IT
irst peel and clean the potato, carrot and zucchini under running water. Cut all the vegetables into medium to large pieces and put them in a large pot with medium-high edges and 500 ml of water. Let it cook for 40 minutes. If you’re using a pressure cooker 20 minutes are enough. Once cooking is done, filter the hot soup and pour it into a bowl. You can refrigerate the soup that you don’t use and consume it within 24 hours. Add a little at a time, 4 tablespoons of Baby Kiss Rice Cream, stirring for a while until you obtain a smooth cream. Finally, complete the recipe with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.
