A recipe for New Year dedicated to your child during the weaning period. Vegetables are an excellent food to be included in the diet of your little one, because they are rich in minerals, slow-absorption carbohydrates, vitamins, oils, and especially proteins. HOW TO PREPARE IT

First pour 2 tablespoons of Baby Kiss Organic Lentils Passatino n 200 ml of boiling water and stir until the mixture is smooth. Then take a small saucepan with about 200 ml of water and put it on the stove. When it boils add 1-2 tablespoons of Baby Kiss Organic Pastina Gemmine, depending on your child’s appetite, and cook for 4-5 minutes. As soon as the pastina is ready unite it with the lentils and season with a teaspoon of grated parmesan cheese and a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. As an alternative to Passatino, you can prepare the paste of lentils cooking on low heat 20 grams of vegetables with 250 ml of water, 1 carrot and ½ celery for about 30 minutes. Once lentils ready drain them and put them in the blender or a mixer and then proceed to cook the pastina as indicated in the recipe. Note: the doses of this recipe are approximate and may vary according to the age and appetite of your baby. Ask the opinion of the pediatrician to choose the best dose.
