40 grams of chicken breast
30 grams of cauliflower
200 ml of water
4 tablespoons of Baby Kiss organic semolina
1 teaspoon parmesan cheese
The introduction of new and delicate flavors helps your baby during weaning. For a complete nutrition it is recommended to use organic seasonal vegetables, rich in fiber and minerals important for growth. Here we suggest a recipe made with Baby Kiss Organic Semolina to match the cauliflower and chicken.
HOW TO PREPARE IT
First peel and clean the carrot and potato under running water. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and place them in a medium-large saucepan with 200 ml water. Leave to simmer for 40 minutes. If you’re using a pressure cooker 20 minutes are enough. In the meantime clean two peaks of organic cauliflower and, after washing them in plenty of water, split them into small pieces and boil them under steam for about ten minutes. In a non-stick pan cook the slices of chicken breast with a little bit of water. Once ready, take the chicken and cauliflower and blend them. As soon as the soup is ready strain it and pour it into a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of Baby Kiss Organic Semolina and stir for a few seconds, until you get a smooth mixture. Now combine the chicken and cauliflower with Baby Kiss Semolina, pour it into a bowl and season it with a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese to enhance the flavors.
