HOW TO PREPARE IT

Let it simmer for 40 minutes, and once ready filter the soup and add 3 or 4 tablespoons of Baby Kiss Rice, Corn and Tapioca Cream, depending on whether the child likes the baby food to be more liquid or denser. In the meantime prepare the cream: take 100 grams of carrots, peel them and wash them under running water. Cut them into small pieces and put them in boiling water for about 20 minutes, until the carrots get soft. At this point, remove the vegetables from the pot and mash them with a fork or using a mixer until you obtain a puree. Combine the mashed carrots with the cream of rice, corn and tapioca, stir them well together until you get a smooth mixture and season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
