HOW TO PREPARE IT
To prepare the vegetable soup: take the vegetables and, after peeleing and cleaning them, wash them thoroughly under running water. Cut them into pieces and insert them in a pot with high sides. Cover them with 500 ml of water and boil them on low heat for about 40 minutes. Once the vegetable soup ready, strain it, pour 200-250 ml of soup and mix it with 2 tablespoons of Baby Kiss Peas and Zucchini Cream. As soon as the mixture is nice and smooth add the organic ricotta and stir it, until the baby food gets even creamier. Pour the cream into a bowl and season it with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Note: the doses of this recipe are approximate and may vary according to the age and appetite of your baby.
